They are hard to find. Try some of the west coast nuseries in the US, or Select seeds.They sometimes carry plants.

I like to grow some Parma Violets to make some Violet Liqueur with it.
I remember when I was a young child in Germany, we would bring my Great Grandmother a beautiful Viola bouquet for her birthday and mothers day. It was put into a lacy white paper sleeve and smelled heavenly.
They don't sell these bouquets anymore. What a shame.
